Artist ProfileÂ
Wesley’s journey in Chinese ink started after he lost part of his vision. Given the challenge of learning the painting style by the founder of Dialogue in the Dark Singapore (DiDsg), Mrs Choo Cheh Hoon, he also used it to challenge the mindset of both people with disabilities and society.
His passion led him to explore the use of organic medium and colour pigments to embrace semi-abstract paintings and illustrative calligraphy.
Wesley is an experienced DiDsg guide and currently drives Business Development for DiDsg at the Office of Service-Learning, Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
