If you are looking for a unique farm-to-table experience in the rustic wilder side of urban Singapore, you’ve come to the right place!

Workshop comes with a 30min guided farm tour to learn about common local herbs/vegetables in Asian kitchen, and get to harvest fresh herbs for your bread baking.

You are welcome to be creative and forage for your bread fillings/toppings. Some delicious possibilities are blue pea flowers (to colour your dough), mulberry (for sweetness), and basil (for spice).

Then we will kick off our wood-fired bread-making workshop. You will be taught the process of basic bread making: mixing ingredients, kneading the dough, proofing, shaping, and baking.

We will then bake the bread in the earth oven. Each participant gets to pack home two types of bread:

  1. A flavourful, crusty, rustic bread, baked using artisan methods
  2. A classic sweet and soft cinnamon roll that smells and tastes incredible from the buttery blend of cinnamon spice and caramelised brown sugar

Please bring containers that are big enough to contain two breads.

*Should the workshop be cancelled, we will contact you for the next available date, or transfer your credit to another workshop.

*If you cannot find a date that suits your schedule, perhaps you could form a group of up to 10 pax to have the entire Wood-fired Artisan Bread Workshop to yourselves. This is perfect for spending some quality time with your family and friends and making memories that will last a lifetime. Just write to Erin at [email protected]
