At Fortitude Culina we provide employment opportunities for visually impaired as chefs in our kitchen. You must be curious how they navigate the kitchen as kitchen is deem to be a very dynamic and dangerous environment. The visually impaired chef will share with you how she navigate cooking with assistive devices. She will also facilitate a segment for your to guess kitchen ingredients with blind fold on. A program kit will be send over prior to the program, which consist of a blind fold and kitchen ingredients.
