What are our exchanges & returns arrangement?

We are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days for all items purchased if the following conditions are met:

An original receipt/e-receipt is presented within 7 days of purchase, and
Product is in sellable condition with its original packaging, and
You are exchanging for something of same or higher value.
Exchanges for items of a lower value is possible but we will not be able to refund the balance in cash.
Valid for one-time exchange only.
