All of your orders takes 3-5 working days for us to prepare. As for delivery about 2-3 working days depending on delivery method, so you can expect about 7-10 working days to receive your order
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
What are our exchanges & returns arrangement?
We are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days for all items purchased if the following conditions are met:
- An original receipt/e-receipt is presented within 7 days of purchase, and
- Product is in sellable condition with its original packaging, and
- You are exchanging for something of same or higher value.
- Exchanges for items of a lower value is possible but we will not be able to refund the balance in cash.
- Valid for one-time exchange only.Â
We are happy to offer returns within 7 days for any defective items that you have purchased if the following conditions are met:
- Â Item purchased has a manufacturing defect, and
