Shipping Policy
The delivery date is based on the following regions:
- Delivery to North-East and South-East on Mon and Thurs
- Delivery to North-West and South-West on Tues and Fri
- Delivery to Central on Wed
If there is any change of delivery address, please inform Juice Stories at least 24 hours in advance. There may be a change in delivery date if the region is different from the original delivery address.
Refund Policy
The products are perishable food items and a refund is not allowed after the products are delivered to you.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation is allowed at least 3 days before delivery.
Return and Exchange is not allowed as the products are perishable food items.
