Hana not only means “flowers” in Japanese, but also “bliss” in Arabic, and “shine” in Maori. JOURNEY’s Spring 2022 Hana Collection transcends cultures to bring light and warmth to everyone.

The Hana Collection marks our special needs artists’ third-year of foray into JOURNEY. As our artists continue to create art from the heart, our hope is that they continue to bloom in their creative pursuits while embracing the new year with hope and anticipation.

A collaborative effort by 9 special needs artists, Charmaine Tan, Chua Ai Lan, Eric Lee, Hee Wan Poh, Ivan Tay, Kwan Shi En, Mark Tam, Sherman Jian and Vinncent Leow.

Shipping Policy

  1. You should receive your item/s within 10 working days upon receipt of your successful order.
  2. Free Local delivery to Singapore’s main island and Sentosa only.
  3. Charges for re-delivery will be applicable after one unsuccessful delivery attempt. Our customer care team will contact you to advise the fee and re-arrange the delivery schedule.
  4. In the event that you do not receive your parcel within the stipulated time-frame, feel free to contact our customer care team via [email protected]
  5. Please provide a working mobile number for our service provider to drop you a call or text prior to delivery.

Refund Policy

At JOURNEY, we accept returns for the following reasons:

a) Incorrect Items
b) Defective Items

Customers must drop us an email within 7 working days from dispatch date and all returns should be received by our returns department within an additional 7 working days after an email with return procedures has been sent. All items must be in brand new condition (without any stains, fragrances, scents including detergent and perfume) or any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept items that do not meet these requirements.
