The “Happy Angel”
was composed using Chinese black ink on rice paper. It looked simple and many
would have thought it was composed by a child at pre-school.  In fact, that was the happy moments I had, catching
spiders in gardens and fish in the pond. Happiness might have slipped away
during my early days of marriage with blindness,  but I felt happiness has returned. Many
associated blindness with the world of darkness, nothing to look forward to. It
is a world where no problems/obstacles could be seen that allows the growth of  creativity and see the world with positivity
and possibilities.

This artwork is framed. The dimension )inclusive of frame) is approximately 88 x 90 cm.
