All items are couriered in well packaged (clean & recycled) boxes and in case of unforeseen circumstances, an one-to-one exchange may be made.
Items returned in their original packaging must be complete. Items that have been laundered or altered in anyway will not be accepted for the exchange.

All requests must be made known within 3 days of receipt.
