How can I pay on Fairmarch?
You can pay online after checking out your cart. Alternatively, there is a cash on delivery option as well (subject to terms and conditions).
Do you charge GST (Goods and Services Tax) or any sales tax?
As a GST-registered business (UEN No XXXX), Fairmarch Pte Ltd must charge GST in all sales of goods and services made in Singapore.
How do I know if my order is received?
We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your order. If you have not received an email 24 hours after your purchase, please email [email protected]
How do I track my order?
A link to track your order will be sent to your email once we have shipped out your product. If you have not received the link XX hours after the confirmation email, please email [email protected]
How do I cancel an order?
An order can be cancelled if it has not been shipped out from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please email [email protected]
How do I get a refund on my cancelled order or returned goods?
Please send your refund request to [email protected] Please note that we will conduct a quality evaluation of your cancelled/returned products. Refund will be processed within 3-5 working days once we have completed the evaluation.
Can I collect my own order?
Sure. Please choose self-collection option at the checkout page.
What should I do if I have not received my products?
Please check the status of delivery of your order, which should be sent to you through email. If there is an error, please email [email protected]
What if the product I receive differs from what I see on the website?
Fairmarch strives to provide the best product to our customers. However, if the product is not satisfactory, please email us at [email protected]
The product I want is out of stock.
Please email [email protected] on the product that you want and we will notify you once the product is restocked.
Returns & Exchange
How do I return or exchange a product?
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged. A copy of your order receipt should be enclosed. The full refund will be transferred to your bank account.

What protection do I have as a customer?
Fairmarch offers a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products or services, please email [email protected] We will answer your enquiries accordingly.
Orders paid with PayPal include Buyer Protection, a feature managed by PayPal which provides you with up to 180 days of protection: https://www.paypal.com/sg/webapps/mpp/paypal-buyer-protection.
Protection offered by credit or debut card issuers varies greatly – we recommend you to check with your card provider.
Fairmarch reviews all instances of Buyer Protection and card reversals. Unreasonable use of PayPal Buyer Protection or card reversals will lead to account closure and further action, in line with Fairmarch terms of service.
